In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, assume all risk of injury, harm or damage to myself or others arising from my participation in this event, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless any sponsor, their agent or assigns; Hear See Hope Foundation; and any and all persons or entities associated with this event, against any liability, actions, claims and damages of any kind whatsoever arising from my participation.  I attest and verify that I am physically fit, and have sufficiently trained for completion of the event.  If participant is under the age of 18, I certify that the child has my permission to participate, is in good physical condition and that officials may authorize emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness.  I agree to return any timing devices to me or pay to replace the device.
